Services are provided on an un-managed basis* hence our support policy is very straightforward:
- If you break it, you have to fix it.
- If we break it, we have to fix it.
So if you need us to fix something you've broken, then there will be a charge. But if it's a hardware issue or an issue with the software that runs the services i.e. mySQL, PHP, Apache etc. then of course we'll fix it free of charge.
If you do find that you need help installing or configuring scripts etc. on your site, then we're more than happy to help, but there may be a small charge for this - which we would advise you of beforehand.
