Naturally it will take more than a few days to start using your account fully and decide if you are happy with our service, so our promise to you is that if within your first 30 days you are not 100% happy and want to close your account, we'll gladly refund your money* and co-operate fully with moving your site.
In the rare event that you should decide not to keep using our services, we won't hold you to ransom or make your life difficult for you, we appreciate that your web site is important to you.
Tricks we won't try...
- Domain registered in company name
- We won't register your domain name in our company name, all domains are registered in your own name
- Difficult to get transfer code
- We don't make it difficult for you to get a transfer code for your domain, you can do it from our control panel
- Expensive release fees
- We won't charge you any fees for moving your domain, it's completely free - Providing all bills are paid up to date for it. Some providers charge up to £40 to release your domain!
We want to make your hosting experience as painless as possible, and that includes moving away from us should the need arise. Which is very rare.
